EMILY PHELPS

At A & E, Emily is the director of marketing communications and public relations. She oversees social media marketing, client liaison, and managing third-party advertising. She also plans and manages promotions and events. Emily brings boundless motivation, energy, and positivity in everything she does. She is second to none in moving projects forward, ensuring that what is promised is delivered in full and on time.

Emily is Canberra born and bred, loves everything about Canberra, and isn’t afraid to let you know it! She loves exploring new places, wining and dining, and spending time with her family and American Staffy Ari. When Emily isn’t creating social media campaigns for clients she is running around after her beautiful daughter, Poppy.

AMY TRAN

Amy manages marketing strategy at A & E, from researching to planning and implementation. She is the Creative Director and Head Designer, overseeing all content creation and working closely with A & E’s freelance web and graphic designers. Amy loves working face to face with clients to brainstorm new ideas and find new business opportunities. She excels in being able to exercise creativity not only in design, but also in business development.

Amy’s working background is in hospitality, working and managing some of Canberra’s most iconic restaurants. Outside of her passion for food & wine, Amy’s other great loves are reading, cooking and her adored Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

ALEX STONE

Alex is the newest member of our A & E family. He is our social media coordinator and is responsible for overseeing social media strategies, content, schedules, and monitoring for all our clients. He loves a creative challenge and genuinely enjoys seeing strategies pay off.

Alex grew up in sunny Queensland and loves getting back to visit friends and family (especially to escape the Canberra winter!). He is a big cricket fan, loves travelling, and enjoys getting out on his motorbike. Feel free to send him pictures of your dog.

KAROLIN FRIMODIG

Karolin is based in Sweden and works as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator. She offers the customer a creative and strategic solution customised for the specific market. She creates visual identities where minimalism is a clear focus. Less is more in all her work. Results are reached by being susceptible to the project.

Karolin lives in a small town outside Stockholm with her partner and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her new passion is her garden, where she also finds a place to recover and a source for inspiration.

Ben specializes in branding and commercial content. You’ve probably seen his distinct style featuring bright and vibrant images on Instagram!

He’s passionate about storytelling and art, and a lover of good food, red wine, and autumn weather. Photography is the perfect medium for his passions!

Aside from the creative element of his work, Ben also enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and helping them to share their stories!

Mel is a freelance Graphic Designer based in Sydney who’s recently joined the A & E team!

With a Bachelor of Design (Honours), and almost 30 courses in art, design, and business under her belt, Mel brings a huge amount of experience to the role!

She enjoys cooking and will bake a cake for every and any occasion. It’s just another way to create something beautiful!
